Thursday 25th July saw one match postponed and two matches altered in KO times due to the adverse weather conditions.
These schedule changes did not effect the Royal Artillery’s performance as they went on to win the Woolwich Cup with a 26-22 victory over the Royal Engineers.
Later on in the evening, the Lawson Cup Final kicked off between REME and RLC. At the final whistle, it was REME who took home the trophy with a decisive 30-10 victory.
